Prosecutors introduced homicide fees Monday towards a 33-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed two brothers earlier this month close to Exposition Park.
Marcos Navarro was charged with two counts of homicide within the deaths of Sergio and Ricardo Rios, 33 and 19, who have been attacked June 1 whereas sitting of their automotive outdoors their house, Los Angeles County District Atty. George Gascón stated at a information convention Monday.
