Low cost retailer Huge Tons is submitting for chapter because it prepares to be acquired, the corporate stated Monday.

The Ohio-based firm might be acquired by Nexus Capital Administration, “who believes in our business and provides increased financial stability,” Huge Tons stated, and invests in such corporations as Greenback Shave Membership and Toms.

Huge Tons stated it could want to shut some areas to proceed working successfully, and it’ll pay its distributors absolutely as soon as the chapter is filed.
