Felicia hearth chars 300 acres, strands boaters at Lake Piru

A fireplace ignited Thursday afternoon close to the southwestern financial institution of Lake Piru in Ventura County and by night had burned practically 300 acres. The flames stranded half a dozen boaters, who had been compelled to shelter in place lakeside, officers stated.
